The Skills for Employers and Employees project is an exciting, £18.7m opportunity for you and your business. If you’re based in North Wales, this project will help you to develop staff skills and create a highly qualified workforce, making you better equipped to deliver commercial success in the future.
SEE’s been set up to provide a major boost to the local economy, by offering 7,000 employees subsidised training. It’s targeting key sectors including: food, digital economy, life sciences & health, advanced manufacturing, tourism, recreation & leisure, care, construction, and energy & low carbon. If your business isn’t operating in these sectors don’t worry, you can still apply for funding! Check your eligibility below.

What support will I get
There’s now an even higher level of financial support available through the project in response to COVID-19. You can access up to 100% subsidised training for your workforce (eligibility criteria applies).
The SEE team will identify the skills gaps and training opportunities within your team. Once a training plan has been agreed, the approved providers will manage the courses for you. We’ll make sure the courses are the best fit for your business; selected to bring the very best out of your team.
