Every full-time student at Coleg Cambria is provided the support of a Progress Coach.

Progress Coaches meet with each student every term for a one-to-one tutorial session. Should a learner be falling behind with their studies or if a further support need is identified, the frequency of these one to one meetings could be increased. By taking this approach we’re able to ensure we’re providing individualised tailored support to all our full-time learners.

In addition to one-to-one support, students receive a weekly group tutorial with their Progress Coach. During these meetings, high-quality personal development sessions are delivered in order to develop our learners’ skills beyond their qualification.

Our Progress Coaches also work with learners to help prepare for the next stage of their journey, from applying to university, securing an apprenticeship, progressing to higher level courses or seeking employment.

It’s important to us that your young person feels supported during their time at Cambria and that they achieve their goals and objectives.

We’d love to hear from you if you have any feedback or would like an update on how your young person is progressing at Cambria.
